Reunion Date and Initial Plans

We held our 1st meeting today and confirmed the reunion weekend will be August 14, 15 & 16, 2009. We will have an informal meet and greet at the Works on Friday the 14th. On Sat. the 15th we are considering a golf scramble and/or family picnic for the day and will definitely have a formal dinner in the evening (venue tbd). If we don't plan a day activity on Sat., we will consider Sun. as the alternate. Chuck Viox graciously agreed to be our treasurer and Kelly Harris volunteered a corporate donation of $2,000.00 to help defray costs! Randy Hill is going to follow up on exploring locations and costs for the Sat. night dinner. We will regroup on 1/24 to determine the location and determine Sat. day or Sun. activities. Can you believe has been almost 25 years since we graduated from High School?

Randy Hill has the alumni list from the Mega Reunion and we will be meeting soon to start planning and searching for alums.
